ADULT SUMMER PROGRAMS & CLASSES

Sun Warriors: (Pre-Register)

The Sun Warriors is a FUN outdoor program that will improve your total body strength, and cardiovascular endurance. You will gain confidence in your fitness and wellbeing, while also having an awesome support network to help you reach your goals.

Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 6:30-7:30am
Location: Outside of Bulldogs & Canoe Beach *So long as weather and air quality permits.

Registration Opens June 1st.

3 weeks- (July 10-28, or August 14-September 1st), FULL Program- (Both Sessions)

WARRIOR RISE: 

Warrior RISE will incorporate our Recreational Boxing and Warrior Conditioning everyday of the week at 7:45am. If you are looking to RISE and SHINE and get an amazing workout done before any of your daily summer adventures… this is the class for you. 

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30-7:30am.
Monday to Friday @ 8:00-9:00am

Location: Bulldogs Gym

Admission: Punch Pass and Monthly Memberships.

9 weeks- (July 3-September 1)

DOG DAYS OF SUMMER (PRE-REGISTER)

Warriors E.D.G.E. is a combination of our Warrior Conditioning and Recreational Boxing two days a week. This mix will provide you with just the right amount of strength and conditioning; and the hour will fly by! By the end you will feel unstoppable and ready for the next day.

Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:00-7:00pm, 
Location: Bulldogs Gym

Registration Opens June 1st. Must register for this class, and use the Warrior E.D.G.E. Pass.

This is a Special Program, please sign up to commit to the program. This program needs a minimum of 10 people.

Bulldogs are required to become a Boxing BC Recreation Member and pay $20.00. This is an annual fee for insurance purposes.
