Youth warrior is for athletes 13-18 years old that want to up level their game and reach the next level in their sport.
YOUTH WARRIOR CONDITIONING
Youth warrior is for athletes 13-18 years old that want to up level their game and reach the next level in their sport. Or for those youth that want to improve their overall health, physical fitness and strength. All classes are designed to test and improve all components to fitness (Strrength, Endurance, Speed, Agility, Coordination, Balance and Flexibility) through circuits, tabata high intesity interval training and more. All exercises can be modified depending on where each athlete is in the development. Go the extra mile – it’s not crowded.
This program is 24 classes.
Session #1 Starts September, Registration in August.
Classes do not run on Statutory Holidays or School Breaks (Spring Break, Christmas Break)
Gear needed for each of these classes; Clean Indoor Shoes, Water Bottle, and Gym Clothes.
Formalities of Participation
BC Boxing Registration: All athletes must register with Boxing BC and pay Boxing BC Insurance. (fees vary for age and level)
